Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StreamPlay video infrastructure, APIs, SDKs, or CMS dashboard ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate and use our Services in accordance with your subscription plan. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to stream illegal, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted content.
  • Attempt to bypass our Multi-DRM or concurrency limiting systems.
  • Resell the core API infrastructure as a standalone service without explicit written permission.
  • Exceed the bandwidth or storage limits outlined in your enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

StreamPlay guarantees a 99.99% uptime for API availability and video delivery under standard enterprise contracts. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and do not count against the SLA. Service credits will be issued for downtime exceeding the SLA thresholds as per your Master Service Agreement (MSA).

4. Content Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights to the video content, metadata, and user data you ingest into StreamPlay. We claim no ownership over your assets. You grant StreamPlay a temporary license solely to encode, encrypt, store, and transmit your content to fulfill our obligations under these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any interruptions in content delivery.
