1. Information We Collect

StreamPlay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information that you provide directly to us when registering for our B2B video infrastructure services, including your name, corporate email address, billing information, and company details.

We also automatically collect telemetry data from our SDKs and APIs regarding stream performance, playback errors, and viewer concurrent sessions to ensure our SLA obligations are met.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is strictly used to provide, maintain, and improve the StreamPlay platform. This includes processing payments, authenticating API requests, delivering Multi-DRM licenses, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal or viewer data to third parties.

3. Data Compliance & GDPR

We adhere to strict global data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data stored on our servers.

For our enterprise clients, StreamPlay acts as a Data Processor. We provide the necessary tools via our Developer API to allow you (the Data Controller) to fulfill data deletion requests for your end-users.

4. Data Security

StreamPlay implements enterprise-grade security measures. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256, and data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure undergoes regular SOC 2 Type II audits and third-party penetration testing.
