We may receive and store transaction IDs and limited billing information (e.g., last 4 digits of a card, subscription tier).
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact our customer support, participate in surveys, contests, or promotional activities, or provide general feedback.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Device and Technical Information: We collect your device's IP address, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID, IDFA, or GAID), device type and model, operating system and version, browser type, language settings, advertising identifiers, and network information (Wi-Fi/4G/5G).
  • Usage and Viewing Data: We automatically log detailed information about your interaction with the StreamPlay platform, including: Titles of content viewed, start/stop times, duration of viewing, and progress. Interactions with the user interface (clicks, scrolls, navigation paths). Search terms and filters used. Performance data, such as buffering events, playback quality (resolution), and app crash reports.
  • Location Data: We may derive general location information (at the city or country level) from your IP address to provide regionally relevant content, adhere to licensing agreements, and for tax calculation purposes. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit, separate consent.

C. Information from Third Parties:

  • Content Partners: If you link, subscribe to, or log into a third-party channel/service through StreamPlay, we may receive information about your subscription status and entitlements from that partner to enable seamless access.
  • Authentication Services: If you choose to register or log in using a third-party service like Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive certain profile information from that service as described during the permission screen.
  • Analytics and Advertising Partners: We may receive information about you from partners who help us with analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention.

This may not reduce the number of ads, but they will be less relevant.
